Questions about a booking
VRENTY CAR is an independent guide and not a rental company, so we cannot see, change or cancel a booking. For anything about a reservation, use the contacts in your booking confirmation:
- Changes, cancellation, payment and the car itself: the rental agency whose phone number and meeting point are on your voucher
- Problems with the booking system or your account: Localrent, the partner that provides the booking search
- Damage, fines, tolls and deposit: the rental agency, under your rental agreement
Where we are
VRENTY CAR is an online service. We have no office, rental desk or counter at any airport, so please do not visit an airport looking for us.
